Pull closed-lost opportunities from HubSpot or Salesforce for the last 6-12 months. Include close reason, competitor mentioned, deal size, and cycle length.
Enrich lost accounts with current data
For each company, pull current firmographics via Crustdata or Apollo: recent funding, hiring signals, leadership changes.
Detect re-engagement triggers
Flag accounts where something changed since you lost the deal: new budget from a funding round, new champion from a leadership change, hiring surge, or competitor dissatisfaction showing up on review sites.
Score and prioritize
Rank targets by signal strength and original deal size. A 10K loss with no changes.
